International conference of Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha: Closer ties with Bangladesh mooted 
The first two-day long international conference of Nikhil Bishnupriya Manipuri Mahasabha concluded at the Bhubaneswar Sadhu Thakur community hall in Silchar recently. The president of Mahasabha, Dr Debendra Kumar Sinha inaugurated the conference by hoisting the flag. The inaugural meeting held on the occasion was addressed among others by Padmasen Sinha of Bangladesh, Chandrakanta Sinha, Bidip Sinha of USA, internationally acclaimed dancer Tamanna Rahman, general secretary Uday Sinha, president of Sanskriti Parishad Jogendra Kumar Sinha, president of Sahitya Parishad BK Sinha, Shymasundar Sinha and Kartik Sinha.idisha Sinha, a Bishnupriya Manipuri girl was crowned Miss India - New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware (USA).

Bishnupriya Manipuri news magazine 'Ithaak' and 'Nuwa Ela' are available online now.

Bidisha Sinha, a Bishnupriya Manipuri girl was crowned Miss India - New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware (USA).

Is Manipuri Handloom going to be extinct
